"Jill is the type of person who is always there for you with any issue or concern you may have along the way of your fitness journey. I first started working out with Jill about three years ago before I moved out of the state. I was in the worst shape and lacked the motivation to get back into it. I had seen that Jill was motivated and putting in a lot of work at the gym by herself.
I decided to reach out to her and asked if I could tag along, I never thought from then on that she would become such a great gym partner, constantly keeping me motivated and pushing me to go out of my comfort zone and try harder. Jill had helped kick my body into the best shape that I have ever been in, and it only took 4 months. I recently moved back home before my husband and I make a cross-country trip to our new home in Washington State. I reached out to Jill asking for her guidance again, and with her knowing that I was only going to be here for 3 months she was willing to help set me up with a program. It has been 5 weeks since I have started her program and I have lost 15 lbs and went down a jeans size from a 10 to an 8.
